Job description &  Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Presales Engineer Low Voltage to lead the technical design, proposal development, and client engagement process for integrated security and IT systems in our presales department in Kuwait. This role involves working closely with clients, MEP main contractors, and internal sales teams to deliver innovative, cost-effective, and technically sound solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Electronics & Communication, Telecom, Electrical, or Computer Science & Engineering.

Certifications

Relevant vendor certifications in Low Voltage Systems, preferably from:

HID, Honeywell, Pelco, Milestone, Hikvision, Axis, Lenel, Genetec, Tyco, Axis, Bosh
Equivalent certifications may be considered.

Experience

Minimum 10 years of proven experience in the following systems:

  • Access Control
  • CCTV
  • VoIP
  • Data Networks
  • Public Address (PA) Systems
  • Intrusion Detection Systems
  • Fire Safety Solutions
  • BMS

Technical Skills

  • Strong IT literacy: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Strong presentation, sales, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • AutoCAD proficiency is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement

  • Engage with clients and MEP main contractors to identify requirements and propose tailored Access Control, CCTV & IT solutions.
  • Attend pre-tender, technical, and presales meetings at client offices or on-site.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Solution Design & Proposal Development for full project lifecycle.
  • Evaluate RFQs and RFPs for feasibility and advise management on engagement strategies.
  • Design conceptual, preliminary, and detailed layouts using industry-standard systems and 3rd-party components.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, BOQs, BOMs, and manpower/material pricing.

Translate client needs into detailed technical solutions, including diagrams and system architectures.

Project Support

  • Provide precise AutoCAD inputs to draftsmen for drawing creation.
  • Coordinate proof-of-concept demos, pilot projects, and technical evaluations.
  • Ensure accurate documentation handover to implementation teams.
  • Respond to technical queries (RFI/RFP) and support sales in qualifying opportunities.
  • Ability to independently conduct site surveys, prepare project documentation, develop solutions, and handle pricing and quoting.

Technical Leadership & Market Awareness

  • Provide guidance for advanced integrated security systems and solutions.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and technical conferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

ELV Project Engineer – Junior Level

Position Summary
We are seeking an ELV Project Engineer – Junior Level to join our Security Management Solutions department in Kuwait.
This role involves working on low voltage projects in Kuwait involved in systems like Access Control, CCTV, NVR, Biometric Devices & Terminals, Server Systems and Data Networks.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical, or related field.
Experience: 1–3 years (fresh graduates with internships/certifications may also apply).
Language: English (required); Arabic (preferred).
Article 18 transferable visa (for expatriates).

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in installation, testing, and maintenance of ELV systems (CCTV, access control, fire alarms, PA, IPTV, networking).
  • Support senior engineers in reviewing technical drawings and material submittals.
  • Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting under supervision.
  • Prepare and maintain service reports, logs, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers/contractors for site works as guided by senior engineers.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and safety guidelines.
  • Participate in training sessions to build technical and project management skills.

Skills

  • Basic knowledge of ELV systems (CCTV, access control, fire alarm, networking).
  • Basic knowledge in networking, electrical/electronics principles , circuits fundamentals, structured cabling.

  • Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
